Colourful Trees

I have used a simple drawing technique to create my colourful trees that I am going to transfer on to ceramic using a range of different techniques. 

Little Cotton Trees

I transferred my drawing on to fabric using machine embroidery, I then added detail to the trees using french knots and lazy daisy stitch. I have also used colour to indicate the seasons changing

I have used the use of knitting to add texture to the tree above.

Ticket please

I often forget that my train ticket is paper at that it was made from a tree so I decided to use it as paper.

These are my ceramic porcelain buttons, I found them hard to make but I managed it and enjoyed doing them in the end.  

This is what I made my mam for christmas, it a stitched picture of my lovely niece and nephew
